PROGRAM LIST/SPACE ASSIGNMENT: Exhibitor “Company Name” as written on the Application/Contract will be included in the Official World Pork Expo Program if application/contract is received on or before April 11, 2008 and exhibit space fees are PAID IN FULL. All booths paid by midnight March 14, 2008 will be listed in “bold” font. Booth space assignment will be mailed to Exhibitors on or before April 28, 2008.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE: Contracts are due by February 15, 2008. A deposit of $200/space is due upon submission of the contract. A confirmation will be sent to exhibitors upon receipt of signed contract/deposit.

FINAL PAYMENT is due on or before March 14, 2008. Assignment of space will not be made until full payment is received. Invoices will be sent for the remaining balance due.

Wire Transfers – If you wish to pay by wire transfer please contact the show management.

CANELLATION OR REFUND POLICY: World Pork Expo reserves the right to cancel exhibit space if full payment is not received by April 11, 2008. Cancellation of exhibit space by Exhibitor MUST BE IN WRITING and received on or before April 11, 2008 for refund of payment, less deposit, or space renewal fee. No refund will be made for exhibit space cancelled after April 11, 2008. Exhibitor is responsible for full payment of exhibit space if cancellation notice is not received on or before April 11, 2008, or if Exhibitor fails to occupy exhibit space without notice of cancellation.
